How to Order

• Select item(s) you want and add them to cart
• Review and verify your information
• Choose "Pay by Bank Wire"
(Don’t worry, it is only needed to complete the registration of order!)
• Complete your order
• I will email you with direct link to pay by PayPal
• Complete payment using PayPal
• I will confirm your payment and ship your order
• For any questions regarding your order please contact me,
and please make sure to indicate your ORDER REFERENCE number.
• Items that have been in shopping cart for more than 1-2 days
will be automatically removed and you will need to add them again.
• Orders that are not paid for within within 24h after receiving PayPal payment
request will be automatically canceled.
• We accept Paypal payment only.
• If you want alternative payment methods contact us.
• Orders worth more than €100 receive FREE shipping worldwide!
• Shipping cost for orders worth less than €100 is €5 per parcel.
• I will ship your order via airmail and inform you of your tracking number.
• All items are well packed and checked for defects before shipping to the buyer.
• We are not responsible for the inaccurate work of post offices and customs.
• We are not responsible if the buyer specified an incorrect delivery address.
• If you received a product that was damaged during shipment please contact me.
• In order to have no problems with customs clearance, by default your declaration completed with an amount lower than the true value.
• I bear full responsibility for the value of the product delivered only on Ukrainian territory.
• If you wish to declare the true value of the goods on the customs declaration form (you may have additional customs fees), please specify this information when ordering. Then I bear full responsibility for the value of the product delivered until receipt by the buyer.
Status of orders
• The order status information can be found in your personal account in the shop.
• Please check it yourself. In case of an error please contact me ASAP.
• Tracking number can be found in your personal account in the shop.
• You can see the location and status of the shipped item at your convenience by using this link: Ukrposhta (Please be patient! It may take 3-10 days for the tracking number to appear.)

• Products are shipped within 2 - 5 workdays after payment is cleared
Note: in some rare cases, production time may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control.
Complaints regarding physical appearance and quality of the device
are accepted within 24h after receiving.
If you are not happy with the device you can request replacement or refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Product has to be well packed and shipped back with tracking number.
Full refund is made after we receive device back.
If device is damaged due to the user error or improper use we offer a repair service
and will send unit back to the user.
I suppose that everyone who bought rebuildable atomizer knows what he/she bought, and can handle it themselfes. After receiving the atomizer be sure to rinse it and disinfect all parts with rubbing alcohol to remove all extraneous odors. Removable atomizer is the most difficult mod and subject to test your skills. In return you get the best flavor, throat hit, and most enjoyable vaping experience!
