PRE-ORDER

How Pre-order works:

1. Register on our website
2. Go to Pre-order section
3. Select item(s) you want and add them to cart
4. Review and verify your information
5. Choose "Pay by Bank Wire"
(Don’t worry, it is only needed to complete the registration of pre-order!)
6. Your order receives “Waiting for Product” status
7. As soon as your items are manufactured and arrive to our warehouse I'll let you know.
8. I will email you with direct link to pay by PayPal (check your spam folder also)
9. Complete payment using PayPal
10. I will confirm your payment and ship your order
11. Orders that are not paid for within 24h after receiving PayPal payment request will be automatically canceled

Our guaranties, waiting and shipping time:

1. We guarantee 100% product delivery to all who placed a pre-order at our online store
2. Product production time 20 - 25 workdays
Note: in some rare cases, production time may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control.

Production process:

• 1st phase - all our products are manufactured in batches using CNC machining.
• 2nd phase is manual finishing. This process takes considerably longer due to the fact that it is done by hand.
• We care about our customers, quality of our products, and take pride in our work! Please take this into consideration and be patient!
